 My wife and I have had a great experience working with April. We had plenty of offers from different agents to sell our property, and we interviewed quite a few of them. However, when we went to one open house event held by April, and talked to her just 5 minutes, we had made decision instantly. She was not after us since then but we were. Having April sell our condo was the best decision we could of made.

From the moment of meeting her it quickly became apparent that this lady knows her stuff she had an air about her that makes you feel comfortable immediately. The advice and information she gave us was invaluable to our situation. 

She has so much experience in what buyers want and she could quickly communicate to us how we could effectively and inexpensively get our place into that  "showroom condition".

 

We put it on the market at the highest price that we thought we could get for it and within 7 days it was snapped up for just under asking.
