One Percent Realty provides me with the opportunity to support you with full service real estate at a fraction of the cost. Houses $700,000 or less sell for $7,000 + $950 for a total commission of $7,950 (+gst)!! Houses greater than $700,000 sell for 1% + $950 (+ gst)!!
